A compelling transformation on the shores of the Persian Gulf enabled by the visionary leadership of His Highness and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. What was once a sun-scorched village occupied by pearl divers and traders with ramshackle dhows along a brackish creek, is today the highway to the world.
